The business idea of Helen McPhee from Perthshire has been inspired by her home – quite literally. She and her mother foster young people from difficult backgrounds, her dad is an outdoors enthusiast and they all live in Highland Perthshire. She’s got everything on the doorstep to set up her wilderness therapy business - including a killer business plan - but she won’t take that final step. In conversation with Lesley, it appears that she has a very supportive mother who might, Lesley thinks, be standing just a little bit too close. When Helen finally reveals her paralysing fear of failure, Lesley takes her to meet high-profile entrepreneur Bill Fleming, the Smiley’s man who made a fortune, went spectacularly bust – then made a second fortune. Helen sets off to Utah to visit a company similar to hers - when she gets back, is she ready to pitch for business, or will she find another reason to delay the inevitable?
